Oil Pump

Oil Pump
CONSTRUCTION
The lubricating oil pump incorporated in the transmission case is of a trochoid type.
The pump consists of an inner rotor having four teeth, outer rotor having five teeth, oil pump cover and oil pump driven gear, which are all located at the rear of the transmission case. The pump is driven by the drive gear located on the center differential, so the delivery rate varies with the speed of the center differential.

There are a pressure regulator valve and pressure relief valve on the delivery side of the pump.
