CHECK ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) DOES NOT GO OFFDIAGNOSIS:
The CHECK ENGINE malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) circuit is shorted.
TROUBLE SYMPTOM
Although MIL comes on when engine runs, trouble code is not shown on Subaru select monitor or OBD-II general scan tool display.
