Front Door Latch and Door Lock Actuator Assembly

The content of this article reflects 18-117-07 manual update dated 03/16/07.

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Raise the rear door glass to the top position.
3. Remove the front door trim.
4. Remove the cable from the front inner remote.
5. Remove the sealing cover.
6. Remove the door sash.
7. Remove the connection rod of the key cylinder lever. (Driver's side only)




8. Remove the three screws.
9. Remove the front door latch and actuator assembly, and disconnect the connector.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Make sure lock and unlock works correctly after installation.
