Should you have a B9 Tribeca present itself with a harsh 3-2 downshifting concern while slowing down (not kick-down) and/or a P0715 code in memory and after following the normal diagnostic procedures, be sure to check for a damaged turbine speed sensor on the left side of the transmission near the ATF fluid fill pipe support bracket. The sensor is now available as a separate component, eliminating the need to replace the whole transmission harness.
