INSPECTIONDETECTING CONDITION:
^ Engine coolant temperature is 96 degrees C (205 degrees F) or more.
^ Vehicle speed is 19 km/h (12 MPH) or less.
TROUBLE SYMPTOMS:
Radiator main fan and sub fan do not rotate under the above conditions.
