REAR GATE TRIM

Rear Gate Trim:

REMOVAL

CAUTION: When removing the upper trim of the rear gate and pillar trim, do not pull forcefully. There is the possibility of the trim being damaged.






1. Remove the clips, and remove the rear gate upper trim.






CAUTION: According the following procedures, removing trim. There is the possibility of the trim being damaged. Remove the trim claws using the flat tip screwdriver (1) and clip remover (2).






1. Remove the trim claws using the flat tip screwdriver (1).
2. Remove the trim claws using the clip remover (2).

Tools
Flat tip screwdriver: Axle length 100 mm
Clip remover: KTC AP20L-10B

2. Remove the trim claws and then remove the rear gate pillar trim using the flat tip screwdriver.






CAUTION: According the following procedures, removing trim. There is the possibility of the trim being damaged.
1. Insert the flat tip screwdriver (1) as shown in the figure, and then remove the trim claws.






2. Insert the flat tip screwdriver (2) as shown in the figure, and then remove the trim claws.






Tools
Flat tip screwdriver (1): Axle length 100 mm
Flat tip screwdriver (2): Axle length 290 mm

3. Remove the clips, and then remove the rear gate lower trim.






INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.
