ABS WARNING LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON

DETECTING CONDITION:
^ Defective combination meter
^ Defective harness

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
When the ignition switch is turned to ON (engine OFF), ABS warning light does not come on.
