Radiator Cooling Fan: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION
DETECTING CONDITION:
^ Engine coolant temperature is 93 degrees C (199 degrees F) or more.
^ A/C switch is turned OFF.
^ Vehicle speed is 19 km/h (12 MPH) or less.
TROUBLE SYMPTOMS: Radiator main and sub fans do not rotate under the above conditions.
