Cylinder Head Assembly: Specifications
Cylinder head boltsTighten the bolts 20 N-m (2.0 kgf-m, 14.8 ft-lb)
Tighten the bolts 50 N-m (5.1 kgf-m, 36.9 ft-lb)
Loosen all the bolts 180 degrees
(in the reverse order of installing)
Loosen further 180 degrees
Tighten the bolts 20 N-m (2.0 kgf-m, 14.8 ft-lb)
Tighten the bolts (1) - (4) 48 N-m (4.9 kgf-m, 35.4 ft-lb).
Tighten the bolts (5) - (8) 44 N-m (4.5 kgf-m, 32.5 ft-lb).
Tighten all bolts 90 degrees
Tighten the bolt (1) - (4) 45 degrees
Cylinder head
Warping limit (Mating surface with cylinder block) 0.02 mm (0.0008 in)
Standard height 124 ± 0.05 mm (4.88 ± 0.0020 in)
Camshaft caps
(1) - (12) 16 N-m (1) 6 kgf-m, 11.8 ft-lb)
(13) - (16) 9.75 N-m (1) 0 kgf-m, 7.2 ft-lb)
Camshaft Sprocket 29.5 N-m (3.0 kgf-m, 21.8 ft-lb)
Further tighten the bolts.
Intake side 45 degrees ± 5 degrees
Exhaust side 25 degrees ± 5 degrees
