Removal and Replacement
StarterREMOVAL
1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Remove the air intake chamber. (Non.turbo model)
3. Remove the intercooler. (Turbo model)
4. Remove the air intake chamber stay LH. (Nonturbo model)
- MT MODEL
- AT MODEL
5. Disconnect the connector (B) and terminal (A) from starter.
6. Remove the starter from transmission.
NOTE: For the MT model, a bolt is used in place (A).
INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: For the MT model, a bolt is used in place (A).
