Trunk Lid Latch and Actuator Assembly

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the connector to remove the trunk opener cable.
2. Remove the bolts, and remove the trunk lid latch & actuator assembly.






INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Route the safety lever wire so that it runs inside the trunk panel.

Install each part in the reverse order of removal.


Tightening torque:
T1: 7.5 N.m (0.76 kgf.m, 5.5 ft.lb)
T2: 25 N.m (2.55 kgf.m, 18.4 ft.lb)
