Rear ABS Wheel Speed Sensor

REMOVAL

1) Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
2) Disconnect the connector from the rear ABS wheel speed sensor.





3) Remove the sensor harness from the rear arm clip.





4) Remove the rear ABS wheel speed sensor from the rear housing.

CAUTION:
^ Be careful not to damage the sensor.
^ Do not apply excessive force to the sensor harness.





INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
Be careful not to damage the sensor.

Tightening torque:
7.5 Nm (0.76 kgf-m, 5.53 ft-lb)

NOTE:
Check the identification (mark) on the harness to make sure there is no warpage. (W3 (White))

INSPECTION

ABS WHEEL SPEED SENSOR

Refer to ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Inspection. Front Sensor
