Fig. 2 Removing micro switch bracket:

Keep all components in order by sub-system to aid assembly. Note installation position of all calibrated components, keeping primary and secondary system components separate, so that they can be installed in proper position.
1. Rotate fast idle cam counterclockwise, then install a suitable pin into holes on cam and bracket to lock cam in position.
2. Remove air horn to float chamber attaching screws, then disconnect hoses and pump lever and remove air horn. Loosen idle up bracket screw.
3. Remove float and needle valve from air horn, then needle valve seat and filter.
4. Remove springs and screws as shown in Fig. 2, then the micro switch bracket.
5. Remove two drain plugs, then primary and secondary main jets from float chamber through plug holes.
6. Remove throttle chamber to float chamber attaching screws, then throttle chamber.
