Assembly

1. Install insulator onto float chamber.

2. Install throttle lever return spring as shown in Fig. 26, then throttle chamber onto float chamber. Ensure to hook end of return spring over boss on float chamber.

3. Install four washers into throttle chamber as shown in Fig. 27, then throttle chamber to float chamber attaching screws. Torque screws to 3--5 ft. lbs.
4. Install primary and secondary main jets into float chamber, then drain plugs and gaskets.

5. Install level gauge seal, microswitch bracket with microswitches, level gauge and gasket, then the two springs as shown in Fig. 25.

6. Install jets and air bleeders into float chamber as shown in Fig. 28.

7. Install balls, injector spring and weights to accelerator pump, then direct U-bend end of piston return spring downward as shown in Fig. 29.
8. Install needle valve filter, valve seat, gasket, needle valve and float into air horn. Check float level and adjust if necessary as outlined under ``Float Level, Adjust'' procedure.
9. Install primary and secondary slow air bleeders into air horn.
10. Apply a suitable silicone oil to mixture control solenoid valve seal, then install air horn gasket to float chamber.
11. Install acceleration pump lever onto air horn, then air horn onto float chamber.
12. Connect hoses and clamp wire harness.
13. Remove pin installed before disassembly (to lock fast idle cam).
