Inspect each wheel disc for dents, distortion and cracks. Disc in badly damaged condition must be replaced.
Wheel Hub (Locking)
Inspect Manual or Automatic hubs for proper operation
Wheel Bearing
Check grease around front wheel bearing rollers for deterioration and capacity. If deteriorated, clean and repack, if capacity is low, add more. Also check front and rear for wear, damage, abnormal noise or rattles.
Suspension
Tightness, damage, rattle, breakage.
Steering
Tightness, damage, breakage, rattle.
Power Steering
If equipped
Parking Brake System
Check tooth tip for damage or wear, replace as needed. Check brake lever for proper operation and stroke (7-9 notches with 44 lbs of pull pressure) and adjust as needed.
Parking Brake Cable
Inspect for damage and smooth movement. Replace as needed.
Idle Speed
Fuel Supply Line
Check for loose connection, deterioration or damage which could cause leakage. Make sure all clamps are secure.
Fuel Filler Cap
Check cap and cap gasket for for deterioration/damage. Check cap gasket for an even filler neck imprint. Replace if damaged.
Fluid - A/T
Exhaust System
Drum Brake System
Drum and shoes - wear, damage.
Drive/Propeller Shaft
Check front and rear flange yoke bolts for tightness and retigthen as needed. Check U joint and propeller shaft spline for rattle. If rattle found, replace defective part.
Drive Belt
Check for cracks, wear and fluid contamination. Adjust tension if necessary.
Disc Brake System
Discs and Pads - thickness, wear, damage.
Cooling System
Check hoses and connections for leakage and damage.
Clutch Pedal Assembly
Pedal height 5 mm (0.2 inches) above brake pedal height. Clutch pedal free travel 15-25 mm (0.6 - 1.1 inches).

Leakage, damage, clamps tight.
Brake Fluid
