WARRANTY CLAIM INFORMATION INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT:

Inspection Instructions

1. Fill the vehicle with fuel (16 gallons minimum total fuel in tank).

2. Raise the vehicle securely on the lift. Using two technically qualified inspectors, inspect the fuel filler neck where the pipe is attached to the fuel tank for any visual signs of fuel leakage, or odor of fuel. If leakage or seepage is observed, move to step 4. If no leakage is observed wait for 24 hours (overnight) and move to step 3.

3. Again using two technically qualified inspectors, check the joint. If the joint appears dry and there is no odor of fuel, vehicle passes inspection. Submit claim for inspection only.

4. If leakage, seepage, or odor is detected, do not proceed with removal of any parts, or attempt a repair until instructed. Contact the S.M.A.R.T. Hotline (Techline) to report fuel pipe joint leaking incidents. Provide digital photo evidence. Hold any removed tanks for pick-up.

NOTE:
Parts are on restriction, and will not be shipped until condition is verified through Techline contact.
