Troubleshooting

1. DTC check of BCM

Is DTC B1461 and U0100 detected together?
YES -
Go to U0100 DTC U0100 (No. 0100): Lost Communication with ECM.
NO -
Go to Step 2.

2. DTC check of ECM

Check ECM for DTC.

Is DTC P0500 detected?
YES -
Go to applicable DTC diag. flow. P0500
NO -
Substitute a known-good BCM and recheck.
