System Description

Internal control module is installed in TCM.

DTC Detecting Condition and Trouble Area






DTC Confirmation Procedure

1) Clear DTC.
2) Start engine and run it at idle if possible.
3) Check DTC.

DTC Troubleshooting

1. DTC check

Clear DTC referring to DTC Clearance DTC Clearance.
Turn ignition switch to OFF position.
Turn ignition switch to ON position and recheck DTC.

Is DTC P0602, P062F or P1702 still detected?
YES -
Substitute a known-good TCM and recheck.
NO -
Intermittent trouble. Check for intermittent referring to Intermittent and Poor Connection Inspection Intermittent and Poor Connection Inspection.
