1. Check DTC

Is there any DTC(s) other than P1706?
YES -
Go to applicable DTC troubleshooting.
NO -
Go to Step 2.

2. Check DTC of ECM

Check DTC of ECM referring to DTC Check DTC Check.

Is there any DTC(s)?
YES -
Go to applicable DTC troubleshooting.
NO -
Substitute a known-good TCM and recheck.
