PAINT CODE IDENTIFICATION PLATE LOCATION

Japan built (Sidekick/Swift)

^ All Japan built vehicles have a paint code identification plate located on the outside of the dash panel under the hood.

Canada built (Sidekick)

^ 1990 - No paint code identification plate was installed on the vehicle.

^ 1991-1994 - A paint code identification plate is located on the inside of the dash side box (glove box).

Canada built (Swift)

^ 1991-1994 - A paint code identification plate is located on the top side of the spare tire cover.
