Automatic Transmission/Transaxle: Description and Operation

This automatic transmission is an electronically controlled three speed automatic transmission, utilizing a hydraulic torque converter, countershaft and differential.
The transmission uses two planetary gears, two disc clutches, one band brake, one disc brake and one one-way clutch.
