The purpose of this bulletin is to provide the following information on the Swift Central Locking System:
^ Location of System Components (Fig. 1)
^ System Wiring Diagram (Fig. 2)
^ Operation of System (Fig. 3)
^ System Trouble Diagnosis (Fig. 4)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
All the side doors can be locked and unlocked simultaneously by using the ignition key in the driver's side door lock. Also, they can be locked by pushing the driver's side door lock lever rearward. However, pushing the driver's side door lever forward unlocks the driver's door only.
NOTE:
Using the ignition key or moving the lock lever on the passenger's side door locks or unlocks that particular door only.
