A/C Compressor Drive Belt Inspection

INSPECTION
1) Check belt for wear and crank,and replace it as required.
2) Check belt tension by measuring how much it deflects when pushed at intermediate point between Power Steering (P/S) pump pulley (or magnet clutch pulley) and crank pulley with about 10kg (22lb) force,

Deflection of A/C belt
"a": 7-9mm (0.28-0.35 in.)

NOTE: When belt is reinstalled,adjust belt tension, turn crankshaft two rotations clockwise and then check belt tension. Read-just if necessary.
