Component Tests and General Diagnostics

Inspection
1) Make sure the following.
(1) Place vehicle on a flat surface and blank wall 7.6 m (25 ft) ahead of headlight surface.
(2) Adjust air pressure of all tires to a specified value respectively.
(3) Move vehicle body up and down by hand.
(4) Have someone (approx. 68 kg/150 lb) sit in driver's seat.
2) Turn headlights on low beam.
3) Check to see if hot spot (high intensity zone) of each beam illuminates wall as illustrated.

Clearance "H": Approx. 80 mm (3.15 in.)

If hot spot of each beam is not set properly, check headlight(s) for installation and vehicle body around headlight(s) for deformation.
