Disassembly and Assembly

DISASSEMBLY




1. Detach clamp and remove screw to separate evaporator upper and lower cases from each other.




2. Take off case cover and remove evaporator out of position.
3. Remove following components from evaporator.
- Expansion valve.
- Thermistor.

ASSEMBLY
1. Reverse removal sequence to install thermistor.
2. Enable air bag system. Refer to "ENABLING AIR BAG SYSTEM".
3. Evacuate and charge system according to previously described procedure.
