Front Door Assembly Removal and Installation

Removal
1. Remove stopper pin upward by tapping it with hammer.







2. Using a jack (3), support door panel with a piece (2) of wood placed between jack and panel.
3. Remove door assembly by loosening hinge mounting bolts.







Installation
Reverse removal sequence to install front door.
- When weatherstrip is hardened, water leak may develop.
In such case, replace it with a new one.






- After installing, adjust door latch striker position by referring to Front Door Lock Removal and Installation:Hatchback so that door is positioned correctly.
