ADDITION OF A "NOTE" TO THE MANUAL TRANSMISSION GEAR SHIFTER ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE SERVICE MANUAL

CONDITION:
This note is to inform you of the installation direction of gear shift interlock plate in the manual transmission for the 2002 MY and 2003 MY AERIO (RH420).

CAUSE:
N/A

CORRECTION:
The gear shift interlock plate must be installed in the specified direction as shown below. Please update your Service Manual according to the updated information below.

This update will reflect in future printings of the service manuals. If the reprint date on the third cover page of the manual is later than the issue date of this bulletin, the manual will have been corrected.
