Fuel Level difference > 5.88%
with Partial TP Time > 5 hrs (accumulation time)
Even if Key off and eng. Stop conditions this time keeps last value and it continues to start diagnosis again whenever new engine starts conditions meet.
Thus, it is considered valid driving cycle when accumulation timer reset
And it is reset whenever the difference is over 5.88% on normal fuel level sensor because fuel level is oscillated on vehicle driving conditions.

Note: Tank Level defaults to 50% Gauge displays Empty
