REVISION:
The Labor Operation code has been changed to QD9999.

CONDITION:
Loose seat cover trim band.

CAUSE:
Under certain conditions the trim band may slip out of the seat cushion channel due to looseness in the channel.

CORRECTION:
Install the fixing clip listed below, to the trim band that has come loose. The instructions will help locate the ideal clip location for proper securing.

Clip Installation Instructions





1. Loose seat cushion.





2. Lift the loose section of the cushion to place the clip onto the trim band.





3. Place the clip approximately 30 to 40 mm (1-1/4 inches to 1-1/2 inches) from the end of the trim band.





4. With the clip in place twist the trim band back around and press it into the channel. The clip should line up approximately 20 mm from the rear of the channel.





5. To assist in installing the trim band, sit in the seat as shown. Install the trim band from the front to the rear.
