Headlamp Assembly Removal and Installation (For HATCHBACK Model)

Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the radiator grille screws.





3. Insert the negative screwdriver to the radiator service hole and then push the radiator grille clips.
4. Remove the radiator grille.





5. Remove the headlamp mounting bolts.





6. Disconnect the turn signal lamp electrical connector.
7. Disconnect the headlamp electrical connector.
8. Remove the headlamp assembly.





9. Remove the headlamp cap.





10. Pry off the headlamp bulb clip.
11. Disconnect the headlamp bulb connector.
12. Remove the headlamp bulb.





13. Remove the park lamp.





14. Remove the turn signal lamp.





Installation
1. Install the turn signal lamp.





2. Install the park lamp.





3. Install the headlamp bulb.
4. Install the headlamp bulb clip.
5. Connect the headlamp bulb connector.





6. Install the cap concealing the headlamp bulb.





7. Install the headlamp assembly.
8. Connect the headlamp electrical connector.
9. Connect the turn signal lamp electrical connector.





10. Install the headlamp mounting bolts.

Tighten: Tighten the headlamp mounting bolts to 4 Nm (35 lb.in).





11. Install the radiator grille.
12. Install the radiator grille screws.
13. Connect the negative battery cable.
