Inspect
    Steering and Suspension
      Check steering wheel linkage and entire suspension system for loose, chipped, or broken components. Check power steering components.
    Ignition Coil
      Check to ensure resistance readings are within specifications. Check to ensure that resistance readings are within specification.
    Fuel Tank
      Check fuel tank straps for looseness and tighten accordingly.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Check for cracks, leaks, and broken fittings.
    Fuel Filler Cap
       Check for vapor leakage and damage.
    Fluids
      Check the following critical fluid levels: power steering, brake, clutch, engine oil, transmission (A/T), and coolant.
    Fluid - Differential
      Inspect fluid level and condition at mileage interval or every 15 months, whichever comes first.
    Exhaust System
      Check for leaks, holes, and loose hangars.
    Evaporative Canister Filter
    Emission Control Systems
      Inspect all emission related hoses and replace as necessary.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Check for looseness and tighten accordingly.
    Drive Belt
    Coolant Line/Hose
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
    Clutch Fluid
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Check pads, rotors, shoes, drums, and hoses.
    Brake Pedal Assy
    Body and Frame
      Check all latches, hinges, locks, belts, buckles, anchors, and underbody bolts and nuts for loosenss. Adjust/tighten accordingly.
Replace
    Spark Plug
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Perform at mileage interval or every 7.5 months, whichever comes first.
    Fluid - Transfer Case
    Fluid - M/T
    Engine Oil
      Perform at mileage interval or every 7.5 months, whichever comes first.
    Coolant
    Brake Fluid
    Air Filter Element
Rotate
    Tires
      Inspect for damage and uneven wear. Perform at mileage interval or every 7.5 months, whichever comes first.
