Tailgate Lower Garnish Molding Removal and Installation

For HATCHBACK model

Tools Required:
KM-475-B Trim Remover

Removal
1. Open the tailgate.
2. Remove the tailgate upper garnish molding.
3. Remove the tailgate lower garnish molding clips using the trim remover KM-475-B.




4. Remove the lower garnish molding.

Installation
1. Install the tailgate lower garnish molding with the clips.
2. Install the tailgate upper garnish molding.




3. Close the tailgate.

For STATION WAGON model
Removal




1. Remove the tailgate upper garnish molding.

2. Remove the screws and tailgate upper garnish molding cover.




3. Remove the screws with the side molding.




4. Remove the tailgate lower garnish molding upper screws.




5. Remove the screws and the tailgate lower garnish molding.

Installation




1. Install the tailgate lower garnish molding and screws.




2. Install the tailgate lower garnish molding upper screws.




3. Install the screws with the side molding.

4. Install the tailgate upper garnish molding cover and screws.




5. Install the tail gate upper garnish molding.
