Troubleshooting



1. DTC check of BCM

Is DTC B1461 and U0100 detected together?
YES
Go to DTC U0100 (No. 0100): Lost Communication with ECM.
NO
Go to Step 2.

2. DTC check of ECM

Check ECM for DTC.

Is DTC P0500 detected?
YES
Go to DTC P0500.
NO
Substitute a known-good BCM and recheck.
