1.
Was "Air Bag Diagnostic System Check Flow" performed?
YES -
Go to Step 2.
NO -
Go to Air Bag Diagnostic System Check Flow Air Bag Diagnostic System Check Flow:Advanced Air Bag.

2. Air bag warning light check

In "Air Bag Diagnostic System Check Flow", was air bag warning light operation in good condition?
YES -
Go to Step 3.
NO -
Go to applicable symptom diagnosis check flow referring to AIR BAG Warning Light Comes ON Steady "AIR BAG" Warning Light Comes ON Steady:Advanced Air Bag or AIR BAG Warning Light Does Not Come ON "AIR BAG" Warning Light Does Not Come ON:Advanced Air Bag.

3. DTC B1015 check

In "Air Bag Diagnostic System Check Flow", was DTC B1015 detected?
YES -
Substitute a known good SDM and recheck.
NO -
Intermittent trouble, check for intermittent referring to Inspection of Intermittent and Poor Connections Inspection of Intermittent and Poor Connections:Advanced Air Bag.

NOTE:

Upon completion of inspection and repair work, perform the following items.

- Reconnect all air bag system components and ensure all components are properly mounted.
- Clear DTCs referring to DTC Clearance DTC Clearance:Advanced Air Bag
, if any.
- Repeat Air Bag Diagnostic System Check Air Bag Diagnostic System Check:Advanced Air Bag
to confirm that the trouble has been corrected.
