SUBJECT: DISCONTINUATION OF RADIO TROUBLESHOOTING QUESTIONNAIRE USAGE


To simplify dealer handling of customers' audio system concerns, effective February 1 Toyota will no longer require dealers to complete the Radio Troubleshooting Questionnaire (M/N 00401-42654-01) when diagnosing and documenting audio system complaints. The questionnaire need not be attached when returning the defective unit to the audio exchange center. All other audio exchange requirements shall remain in effect.
