SUBJECT: DIGITAL CLOCK CLAIM SUBMISSION PROCEDURES


When submitting claims for repairs related to the high frequency noise from the digital clock (reference TSB Volume VIII, #001 Accessories), the following information must be included in addition to the normal claim requirements:

Operation Code: 863011
Labor Hours: Use applicable hours as listed in the Flat Rate Manual
Original Part Number: 00203-00832
Replacement Part Number: 00203-00855
Parts Amount: $0.01 (1 cent)
