2 WHEEL DRIVE
1. Release parking brake and check to ensure warning light switch is off. If adjustment is required, loosen parking brake warning light switch bracket and position switch.
2. Adjust nut at parking brake cable equalizer so that there is no looseness at No. 2 and No. 3 parking brake cables, Fig. 3. Check to ensure that both rear wheels rotate freely.
3. After adjusting, apply parking brake lever and count number of notches on brake lever. Specified number of notches should be 10-16.

4 WHEEL DRIVE
1. Tighten bellcrank stopper screw until there is no play in rear brake link. Back off screw one turn, then tighten screw locknut.
2. Tighten one intermediate lever adjusting nut while loosening the other until lever travel of 9-17 clicks is obtained. Tighten both adjusting nuts.
3. Check to ensure that bellcrank stopper screw contacts backing plate.
