Ignition Coil

Secondary Coil Test:

1. Connect one end of an ohmmeter to the high tension terminal of the ignition coil. Connect the other end of the ohmmeter to the (+) side of the ignition coil.

Secondary Resistance (Cold): 11.5k - 15.5k ohms

2. If secondary coil resistance value or the insulation resistance value is not within specifications, replace ignition coil.
