Throttle Position Sensor Inspection

Tt Voltage Measurement:

- Turn the ignition switch to ON; Do not start the engine.
- Connect a voltage to check connector terminals Tt and E1.

Throttle Position Sensor Signal Inspection:

- While slowly depressing the accelerator pedal, check that Tt terminal voltage rises in sequence.
- If the voltage does not change in proportion to the throttle opening angle, there is malfunction in throttle position sensor or circuit.
