Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic

First temporarily torque the thermal vacuum valve to 12 N.m (9 ft lb)





Then torque the thermal vacuum valve port until it is in the position shown in the illustration. Maximum torque 34 Nm (25 ft lb). Do not return the port counter-clockwise in order to align the port as shown in the illustration.
