Oxygen Sensor: Locations

Heated Oxygen Sensor #1 is located in the exhaust pipe, ahead of the catalytic converter. Heated Oxygen Sensor #2 is also located in the exhaust pipe, but is after the catalytic converter.

NOTE: Some vehicles are equipped with only one sensor.
