Center Airbag Sensor

1. Disarm SRS as outlined under Air Bag System Disarming and Arming.
2. On 1994 models, remove tool box lid and air bag sensor assembly cover, Fig. 71.

3. On 1995-96 models, remove lower center cover and cruise control electrical control unit (ECU), Fig. 72.

4. On all models, remove air bag sensor assembly mounting screws with suitable Torx wrench, then remove assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install and tighten mounting screws to specifications.
