Water Pump: Service and Repair

1. Drain cooling system, remove upper radiator hose.
2. On models with A/C, remove A/C belt.
3. Loosen drive belt tension, then remove radiator fan shroud bolts.
4. Remove water pump pulley bolts, then the fan, fan coupling, pulley and fan shroud.
5. Remove water pump ten attaching bolts, then the pump and gasket.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Use new water pump gasket.
