Inspect/Adjust
    Drive Belt
      Inspect belts for cracks and damage. Adjust if necessary.
Check
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Check the brake linings (shoes) and drums for scoring, burning, leaking fluid, broken parts and excessive wear. Check the pads for excessive wear and discs for runout. Check calipers for leaking fluid. Check the hoses and lines for leaks, damage, chafing and corrosion. Repair any faults immediately.
Inspect
    Suspension
      Check the suspension and steering linkage ball joints for looseness and damage. Check all dust covers for deterioration.
    Steering
      Check for excessive freeplay in the steering wheel. Check the linkages for bending and damage. Check any dust boots for cracking, deterioration and damage. Inspect the gearbox/steering rack for signs of leakage.
    Fuel Tank
      Inspect fuel tank band and tank vapor hoses for loosesness, signs of leakage, and damage.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Inspect for signs of leakage and damage.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Inspect fuel tank cap gasket for signs of leakage and damage, replace if necessary.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust system for looseness, leaks, and damage.
    Body and Frame
      Check all latches, locks, hinges, anchors, and belts. Tighten or lubricate accordingly.
Replace
    Spark Plug
      OE recommends that non-platinum plugs be replaced every 30,000 miles and platinum plugs be replaced every 60,000 miles.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Replace every 4 months or 5000 miles.
    Fluid - M/T
    Fluid - Differential
      Replace fluid, check for leaks.
    Fluid - A/T
      Service fluid and filter, check for leaks.
    Engine Oil
      Replace every 4 months or 5000 miles.
    Coolant
    Air Filter Element
Rotate
    Tires
      Check inflation pressures. Inspect for debris, damage or uneven wear.
