Introduction
Some 1998-1999 Sienna vehicles may experience an inoperative passenger side window when using the passenger door switch. The window will function normally when using the driver's side master switch.
An improved passenger side power window switch assembly is now available for 1998-1999 Sienna vehicles produced before the VIN listed below.

Repair Procedure
If the passenger power window switch tests open or intermittent, replace it with an improved switch.
