FRONT DOOR CUSHION LOOSENESS

'98 - '00 Sienna

Introduction
Some Sienna customers may find that the front door rattles upon closing. The front door cushions may have come loose and/or fallen off the door. A field fix has been developed to remedy loose door cushions.

Applicable Vehicles
^ 1998 through 2000 Sienna vehicles.

Production Change Information

The cushion mounting hole size has changed from 10 mm to 9 mm to allow better Change retention of the cushion, beginning with the following VIN number:

Required Tools and Material:

Repair Procedure:
1. Apply 3M Super Weather Adhesive to new cushions (Part No.90541-09006).





2. Firmly insert the cushions into the holes on the door, as shown in the illustration.

Applicable Warranty*:
This repair is covered under the Toyota Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
