Drive Belt: Service and Repair

REMOVAL




REMOVE DRIVE BELT
1. Loosen the pivot bolt and the adjusting lock bolt.
2. Loosen the belt tension by adjusting bolt and remove the drive belt.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Torque:
Pivot bolt: 56 Nm (570 kgf.cm, 41 ft.lbf)
Lock bolt: 18 Nm (180 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)


AFTER INSTALLATION, CHECK DRIVE BELT'S INSTALLATION CONDITION
