Without Scan Tool

a. Engine stopped.
b. Using SST, connect terminals Tc and 0P3 of the DLC1.

c. Pull the cruise control switch to CANCEL.
d. On the above mentioned condition, turn on the cruise control main switch 5 times within 3 seconds.
