8 - 9,10 - 7 : Continuity with the retractor SW at RETRACTION position
8 - 10, 9 - 7 : Continuity with the retractor SW at RETURN position
8 - GROUND : Approx. 12 volts with the ignition SW at ACC or ON position
7 - GROUND : Always continuity
