Headlamp: Service and Repair

REMOVAL




1. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHTS
Remove the screw and clearance light forward, disconnect the connector.

NOTE: Be careful not to break the clearance light when removing it forward.

2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE




a. Using a screwdriver, push the 7 clips (A) downward as shown in the illustration.
b. Using long nose pliers, disconnect the 2 clips (B)
c. Remove the radiator grille and 9 clips

3. REMOVE HEADLIGHTS
Disconnect the connector, remove the bolt, 2 nuts and headlight.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal procedure.
